Spring is Elusive and Sometimes Cruel
New Englanders will face a messy commute as a spring storm kicks off the work week while others in the Northeast will have an easier time.
Forecasters have predicted an accumulation of 4 to 8 inches of heavy, wet snow in Massachusetts and Rhode Island on Monday. Southeastern Massachusetts could get 8 to 10 inches, which could cause scattered power outages.

I bought a couple of extra Corned Beef Brisket’s last week when they were on sale at Stop and Shop. Well maybe a few more than a couple, but they will be fine in the freezer . As the guy who loves a Rueben sandwich, I recommend trying this version of the sandwich.
The only changes I make is to sprinkle some ground up pickling spices with the black pepper, use apple juice as the liquid, no brown sugar and absolutely use Russian dressing over the sauerkraut.
