We have been enjoying pancakes for breakfast every Sunday for the last couple of months. Maybe it has something to do with being smothered in Butter and Maple Syrup, with a few Blueberries mixed in. They just go so well with all those Sunday Snowstorms that are also being served up every week as well. A hearty breakfast, then go out and shovel the snow. This week it looks like some moisture will again be falling from the sky. I just hope its all rain for a change. The recipe for this weeks pancakes is also going to change a little.
