As we have seen far too many times, A good guy with a gun is the surest way to defeat a bad guy, every time.
The police are not always going to be there to protect society from a crime in process. They will respond after a call for help has been made, which is also after those evil scourges came sneaking around.
Meanwhile, our Politicians continue to foster their non-stop rhetoric of targeting the guns rather than the criminals that are using them.
