I don't drive aggressively, but I do enjoy the ability to drive in the right, slow lane and keep up with the traffic flow without speeding. If I need too change lanes and pass when there is a slower vehicle in front of me, I do it and get back over to the right when I have finished passing.
I do tend to get a little irked sometimes with Toyota Prius owners. These folks are notorious for driving just below the posted speed limits. They also always seem to be driving in the middle lane of a three lane highway. The drivers have been known to become entranced, engaged and obsessed by the dashboard and the constant fuel consumption calibration. I personally envy them with their 50 MPG fuel claims, but do they always have to do it in the middle lane?
Well let me get back on track here a bit. I was saying that with the beautiful day out there today everyone was moving a little quicker than normal on the highways. I drove over four hundred and fifty miles today in Maine, NH and Mass and never once did I pass a Prius, but I had 11 of them pass me today and I’m sure not one of those drivers was focused on the control panel or fuel consumption.
