Last week, State Police in Maine say a woman called to report what she thought was a fight coming from a neighbor's home. She told police that she could hear screaming and thought that she was hearing a domestic assault.
Police responded and when they arrived at the home in the town of China Maine, they didn’t find a victim of domestic violence. They did find one very excited little pig. The homeowner explained that she raises pigs and the screaming was coming from an overjoyed male pig that had been placed in a pen with five sows in heat.
Police later reported there was no assault or disturbance "just the screaming male pig."
