Riverglow 2015 Saturday Westerly-Pawcatuck RI
Floating Bonfires illuminate the Pawcatuck River and create a beautiful setting for this community event. Live Music provided by Happy and the Moonshine and Jose Costa Solo Steel Drum Band. Keith Leaf the Amazing Fire Juggler, Sirena Sultana Belly Dance, Mystic Paper Beasts and Bjorn's Balloons. Hay rides through town by Side Hill Farm, Rock Wall from Rock Spot, Maizy Daize Henna & Hair Braiding, Air Brush Tattoos by Tattoo Mania, face painting, shopping specials, food and much more make this a fabulous night.
Pittsfield Ethnic Fair Saturday Pittsfield Ma
The annual Ethnic Fair celebrates the largest international experience in the Berkshires! Music and dancing, cuisine from around the globe is served to thousands, while an eclectic array of artisans and craft vendors sell their wares. Enjoy a ‘kids zone’ dedicated to crafts, activities and fun filled demonstration.
Springfield Jazz and Blues Festival Saturday Springfield Ma
This free outdoor festival, accessible to people of all ages and walks of life, presents many unique opportunities for the Springfield community. The Festival celebrates music as well as its host the city of Springfield, whose many cultural attractions, rich historical legacy and beautiful architecture are too often overshadowed by a negative perception of the city. By presenting the festival in the heart of downtown, the organization seeks to bolster a positive image of Springfield, engage artists and a diverse community in fueling its revitalization, and emphasize its place as a cultural hub and driver of cultural excellence in the region.
Jacobs Pillow Dance Inside/Out Performances Wednesday-Saturday Stockbridge Ma
These are the free performances that happen every week from Wednesday through Saturday during the Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival. The shows are performed outside, with a beautiful backdrop of the Berkshire Hills in the summer. When the weather is threatening the performance will move to an indoor studio with very limited seating. Call the Box Office after 5pm the day of the performance to find out if it will be outdoors or indoors.
Free Fun Friday's Friday's in Massachusetts
Each week on Friday, The Highland Street Foundation will sponsor free admission to Museums and other cultural and fun destinations throughout Massachusetts. This program is open again this year to all Ma. residents thanks to this very generous family foundation.
First Fridays Friday Putnam Ct
As always, First Friday’s event will feature great live entertainment. You can stroll the streets, take in the sights and sounds and discover why Putnam is the hub for arts & culture in Northeast Connecticut. A variety of events including live music and art vendors will line the streets offering fun and interactive art projects, and stimulating events .
The Berklee Sumer in the City Concerts Series Greater Boston Ma
This concert series presents more than 200 free performances throughout the Greater Boston area from May through September. Bringing neighborhoods alive with free programs of pop, rock, jazz, Latin, and more, some of Berklee’s most promising young artists are poised to share the skills they hone on campus with the local community.
