My bags are packed and later today, it’s time to make the annual road trip to the big woods of the Northeast Kingdom and camp. The deer season starts tomorrow in Vermont and the pilgrimage is eagerly anticipated.
With the quarantines and travel issues due to covid last fall, it was the first time that last year's camp adventures during the deer season, never saw a visitor.
There have been many decades of stories and laughter, from those who have hunted from this special place in the Northeast Kingdom. Good food, good friends, adventures and memories. That’s what camp is really about.
Effective immediately, the posts here will be non-existent this week.
