A man who tried to rob a Metro-PCS store won’t be robbing anyone again after meeting with some swift and harsh justice. The would-be robber was shot and killed by an employee at a Philadelphia cell phone store last Monday afternoon. The encounter that lasted less than 12 seconds was captured on surveillance video.
