With St. Patrick’s Day coming up this week, you can find Corned Beef on sale at just about every supermarket that has a flyer out. This is also the time of the year when I will normally pick up a few extra Corned Beefs and have them stocked away in the freezer for cooking at a later date. My reason is that I enjoy a good Corned Beef Reuben sandwich. There is one more sandwich that is on also on my all time favorite list and that is Pastrami.
I love a good Pastrami sandwich and now have to seriously re-think the stocked away in the freezer for a later date part. The reason, recently I found a Pastrami sandwich recipe that’s cooked with an Instant Pot and this week I decided to give it a try. We received the Instant Pot during the Holidays and had not put it through the test until now.
