Robert Kraft, the owner of the New England Patriots, has been charged with two counts of solicitation of prostitution in Jupiter, Florida. Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr confirmed that the 77-year-old NFL owner will be charged with “soliciting another to commit prostitution” related to a sting at a Florida spa. Kerr added that Kraft was reportedly captured involved in sex acts at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa via video evidence. He had been in Florida for a fundraiser for the Dana-Farber Institute. The charges are misdemeanors. More

Covington student Nicholas Sandmann sues WASH POST for $250 MILLION
 Attorneys representing the Kentucky high school student involved in a confrontation that went viral on social media last month announced Tuesday that they were suing The Washington Post for $250 million in compensatory and punitive damages.
The lawsuit, which was filed in federal court in Kentucky, accused The Post of practicing "a modern-day form of McCarthyism" by targeting Nicholas Sandmann and "using its vast financial resources to enter the bully pulpit by publishing a series of false and defamatory print and online articles ... to smear a young boy who was in its view an acceptable casualty in their war against the president."  More
