A Taunton woman accused of intentionally driving into a man’s car a month ago after becoming enraged by a Trump bumper sticker pleaded not guilty Monday in Barnstable District Court to a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Chloe Wright, 25, also faces charges of vandalizing property and leaving the scene of property damage. She was released on $1,250 bail and was ordered to stay away from the victim. MORE

CNN’s Jim Acosta isn’t having a very good week.
On Monday at a press conference with the Italian prime minister and President Trump a White House aide yelled at the CNN reporter and hurt his feelings. On Tuesday at a rally in Florida, the entire crowd of Trump supporters yelled at Acosta and hurt his feelings. Then on Thursday, at the WH briefing under the guise of asking a question, he basically demand that Sarah Sanders make a declaration on the media’s behalf,  in conflict with what the president had said earlier in the week by calling the media “The Enemy of the People”.
