Its Spring

The day is here, we have long dreamed about
  The long cold winter, soon gone with no doubt  
Spring has arrived, the signs will soon show  
 As the ground soon melts the last of the snow
  The days grow longer; the sun warms the land 
Couples now walk, in the park holding hands  
   The moods will now change, as the colors arrive
Take a deep breath; it’s good to be alive
