A woman in Ireland had an idea that it was time to score some cocaine. The woman later realized that she had been the victim of a scam. Instead of getting the good powdery white substance, she discovered that she simply received some brown sugar. Then, she decided to make the brilliant decision to alert local authorities that she was scammed while also admitting she was attempting to purchase an illegal drug. The call went as follows, according to the Police Service of Northern Ireland in Craigavon:

MOBILE, Ala. The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office has taken to Facebook to warn criminals that homeowners are fighting back. News 5 spoke with the homeowner. While she wished to remain anonymous, she spoke to our cameras. She said, “It was just fight or flight. You get up, and you don’t know what you’re going to do until you’re in that situation. You can play it in your head however many times you want to, but until you’re put in that situation, you don’t really know what you’re going to do.”
A highly-edited video Team Sheriff posted on Facebook Tuesday shows two people driving up to a mobile home. A man gets out and tries to enter. The video then cuts to the man attempting to quickly get back in the car and flees just in time before the homeowner enters the frame to fire his gun. WKRG.com
Officials with the Greene County Tennessee Sheriff’s Department say a man is currently in serious condition at the Johnson City Medical Center after attempting to break into a home over the weekend.
According to a report issued by the department, Timothy Letts, 35, attempted to enter the home of Jeremey and Shelley Easterly late Saturday night on Spice Cove Road.
A narrative by the department says the Easterlys were at home when they heard banging noises against their home. According to the report, Jeremy armed himself with a shotgun and found two men at his door. WJHL.com
ROANOKE Co., Va. Roanoke County Police said a man tried to rob a home in Roanoke County but was instead shot dead. Police said officers were called to the report of a shooting around 8:55 p.m. Sunday, February 24. When they got there, they found that a man had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene by Roanoke County Fire and Rescue. WSET.com
