Organizers for the "Race into Winter" snowmobile grass drags and watercross competition brought in more than 20,000 gallons of water to fill three man-made ponds for the annual event at the Brookvale Farm.
"They're normally full, and this year they have nothing in them," site organizer Roger Wright told the New Hampshire Union Leader of the ponds.
