President Obama sent Malia to intern with Weinstein. Michelle Obama praised him, calling him a wonderful man. This was despite the open secret. While the party was railing about women’s rights, Weinstein’s sexual harassment of women was an open secret.
An explosive New York Times article came out this week filled with accusations from a host of women, including Ashley Judd and Rose McGowan, that Weinstein made unwanted sexual advances over multiple decades.
No More Barking like a Dog for Beckham
While it’s hard to pick from the collection of NFL player scumbags, who are destroying the mass appeal of Football this year with all of their kneeling protests. Fans in big numbers are tuning out and have become disgusted with the descent of the National Football League into left-wing, racial grievance politics
But this week we have a winner in the new NFL Karma Contest. New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr takes the prize. The flamboyant and cocky Beckham did a stunt two weeks ago where he was acting like a peeing dog; he later boasted that it was all about Trump. For his stunt, he received little discipline from the NFL except a $12,154 fine. But Sunday, he won the NFL Karma Contest. In addition, the votes are still being tabulated but he may have also won the Howling like a Dog contest as well.
Boston-based asset management firm State Street Corp. settled a gender discrimination lawsuit by agreeing to $5 million to more than 300 women. This is the same company that earlier this year by installed the Fearless Girl statue on Wall Street to mark "the power of women in leadership." From a Bloomberg report:
