The Real Question Should Be: Safe Communities For Whom?
Thanks to the sanctuary city policies in effect now throughout the country, undocumented individuals who are currently facing charges such as murder, sex crimes and drug trafficking are free to wander the streets. As ICE has repeatedly made clear, when local jurisdictions refuse to cooperate with federal law enforcement, they have betrayed their duty to protect the safety of the public.
 
ICE Tracks Down Alleged Rapist Who Was Released by Boston Law Enforcement
Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers have arrested an illegal alien living in Massachusetts who was charged with rape and larceny in Boston, and is believed to have been living in the U.S. unlawfully for nearly 20 years.
ICE’s Enforcement and Removal officers arrested Alois Mutare, a 42-year-old Zimbabwean national, on March 2, according to a press release from the agency. The apprehension comes after Mutare was indicted on felony rape charges and released from local law enforcement custody without any notification to ICE. More

A  BS Law To Money Grab by the State.
Four Hampden Ma teenagers got a dose of the long arm of the law when they were given hundreds of dollars in fines by environmental cops for riding their motorcycles on their own family’s property. Each one of the four teenagers was hit with $750 in fines for a total of $3000 for just the one incident.
The teenagers will have to pay a $250 fine for operating an unregistered recreation vehicle and a $500 for operating recreation vehicles without mandated safety certifications — literally in their own backyard
