We decided to split the three meat combo plate for $20 dollars. It comes with your choice of three meats, two sides and a nice size piece of corn bread. We also ordered two extra sides for a dollar each. The brisket is as good as you can get. The bark is very crispy and has a rich smoke flavor. The rub which is the heart of the bark has a great flavor. The brisket was very moist and flavorful. The Pulled Pork is just as good as the Brisket with a moist inside and a nice bark exterior. The Pulled Chicken which is also smoked was overpowered by the rub. The Cole Slaw and Cucumber salad were very fresh and had a strong vinegar flavor which gives it the southern style tartness that we enjoyed rather than just a plain old creamy style. The Hand Cut Fries were way to salty for our liking but the Potato salad was pretty good. The condiments area offers five BBQ dipping sauces that went from sweet, mild, mustard and fire hot. It also included (pickled onions, pickled carrots, hot peppers and Hellish relish)
There are a bunch of other goodies that are on the menu that we did not try but will definitely go back for again Like The Ribs, Brisket Rueben Sandwich, Wings, Beer Battered Onion Rings Made with Pabst Blue Ribbon, Burritos’ Mac and Cheese and on and on.
