Jacobs Pillow Dance Inside/Out Performances Wednesday-Saturday Stockbridge Ma
These performances have taken place every week from Wednesday through Saturday during the Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival. The shows are performed outside, with a beautiful backdrop of the Berkshire Hills in the summer. When the weather is threatening the performance will move to an indoor studio with very limited seating. Call the Box Office after 5pm the day of the performance to find out if it will be outdoors or indoors.
The Berklee Sumer in the City Concerts Series Greater Boston Ma
This concert series, presents more than 200 free performances throughout the Greater Boston area from May through September. Bringing neighborhoods alive with free programs of pop, rock, jazz, Latin, and more, some of Berklee’s most promising young artists are poised to share the skills they hone on campus with the local community.

Each third Thursday of the month, Willimantic Ct attracts thousands of people to stroll down Main street and enjoy a variety of music and entertainment as well as theatrical, visual and food delights. Six stages simultaneously host a wide variety of music and entertainment. Willimantic's diversity really shines through in the delicious authentic international cuisine. Enjoy locally produced artwork, beer, music, and street performers.
Third Thursday Street Festival Thursday Pittsfield Ma
Every third Thursday the downtown district comes alive with live music and performances on multiple stages setup for the event, local food and craft vendors set up booths, street performers are entertaining people and plenty of fun is to be had. If you want to experience a little more, businesses are open late for shopping, theater and there are plenty of dining options available as well.

Each week on Friday, The Highland Street Foundation will sponsor free admission to Museums and other cultural and fun destinations throughout Massachusetts. This program is open again this year to all Ma. residents thanks to this very generous family foundation.
Free Entrance to all National Parks Next Tuesday Nationwide
Next Tuesday, the National Park Service celebrates its 99th birthday by generously offering visitors free access to the parks it protects. Every Founders' Day, park visitors get a birthday gift: waived fees to all 401 of those beautiful and wild places. Check for the nearest park to you for some fun explorations.
National Museum Day is next month on the September 26th. There are many museums all over the Northeast and the Country that participate in this program. The Smithsonian Museum will send you free tickets to visit the museum of your choice if you submit the request to them. To receive your free Museum Day Live! Ticket for two people only, please enter your information into the request and send it out to The Smithsonian Museum . Your Ticket will be emailed to you after you submit your information. You must print your ticket and present it to receive your free admission.
