The projection for this winter stated that there is going to be a below average cold for most of the country this year. Well after what we experienced throughout the country last week I would have to agree. It also stated that we would go through a period of rain-snow next week and then goes on to the real winter snows for this year. They will not start until the first week of February. Boy does that sound familiar when you think back to last years weather and snowstorms.
This brings up a big issue that there may need to be some action on...oops, I mean discussion on. Could the 2014 Super Bowl have a brand new line of betting that should start right about now and end on the 26th of this month. Will there be a Snowstorm on Super Bowl Sunday? This is the first time that the game will be played in a cold weather environment. This year it will happen at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford NJ So the question is now, .......... Snowstorm or Not?
