Last year, Ricky Gervais gave Hollywood an earful with a brilliant and biting opening monologue during the Golden Globes. This year he came back with no less than expected with another very good monologue. I wonder if Tom Hanks was able to get a good night sleep at the end of the evening, and he wasn't even called out on the carpet.
